FREEDOM FROM INORDINATE AFFECTIONS

After we come to Christ as Saviour, we need to carefully check our former friends and associates. Where there have been wrong activities, a confession of actions, thoughts, desires and attitudes as sins is necessary, claiming forgiveness and cleansing (1 John 1:9). Many, if not all, of these friendships and alliances will have to be renounced.

Inordinate affections include close friendships outside of the Lord Jesus Christ, involving affections, heterosexual or homosexual contacts and fellowship in other sinful practices.

All former friendships and ties were after the flesh (2 Corinthians 5:16) and the fleshly or carnal mind is enmity with God; not subject to, nor can it ever be, subject to God (Romans 8:7). Remember if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature, old things are passed away, and all things are become new (2 Corinthians 5:17).

To break ungodly connections with the past, this prayer will be helpful:

“Satan, in the name of Jesus I come against the demon authorities who controlled and motivated my relationship with {name friends} and break your power and authority over my life and affection, especially as related to him/her, by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, I remove myself from any authority you ever exercised over me. I renounce all such ties of affection and ask that the Lord Jesus help me to love him/her only with His agape love, in the bowels (affections) of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:8). I give my affections (desires) completely to the Lord Jesus Christ for His use. Amen”.

Note here that the true agape love for a former friend may at this point include staying away from him/her long enough for you to stabilize spiritually. Unsaved former friends will not understand your desire to follow the Lord and may even resent it and attempt to pull away, enticing you to follow them into former habits of sin.

Remember who your first love is. His command is plain: “Come out from among them and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing…” (2 Corinthians 6:17). When in doubt consult with your pastor, parents or others in spiritual authority about the advisability of continuing a former relationship.

If you invite a former friend to come to a church meeting or to fellowship with you where other Christians gather and he/she refuses, then part company with them. Be friendly, but firm, for your Christian growth may well be at stake. If you do not become strong you will never be able to help them. Continue to pray for them as the Lord reminds you of their need of Christ.

You can claim that God will bring him/her back across your path when you are stronger spiritually and when he/she is more interested in seriously seeking the Lord. Know that in the meantime, they will be watching your life to see if your life equals your profession. This is the most important testimony you will be able to give, for if your life does not bear witness, then your words will have little effect in turning them to Christ. You must renounce all pacts, covenants, promises and other binding allegiances to former friends in the world and break all curses which may have been incurred by such relationships or agreements. Try this prayer:

Having confessed my former relationship with {name} as sin because sinful practices were involved, I now break any curses which have come to me as a result of this association. Jesus became a curse for me on the cross (Galatians 3:13) and blotted out the handwriting of ordinances which were against us (Colossians 2:14).

In the name of Jesus, I take authority over every demon who has inhabited my mind, will, emotions, body or spirit because of any friendship outside of Jesus Christ. I have confessed these relationships (with their activities, thoughts, desires and attitudes) as sin.
I have given my affections (desires) and body to the Lord Jesus Christ and all curses are broken. By the authority of Jesus Christ (Luke 10:19, Mark 16:17) and by the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8), I command you all to leave now, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Bathe your emotions and mind in scripture, praise, spiritual songs and pure and wholesome thoughts (Ephesians 5:19,26; Ps 34:1; Philippians 4:8). Think about and walk in fellowship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (I Thessalonians 5:17). Pray with the understanding and in the Spirit (Jude 20, 1 Corinthians 14:4), especially when desires for former relationships press.

Resist the evil spirits by using scripture as often as they suggest wrong desires or attitudes for former or new friends (James 4:7; see how Jesus handled this in Matthew 4). Memorizing and meditating on scripture can be an invaluable aid (1 John 2:14).

Fill your days with good hard work (1 Thessalonians 4:11), serve in the church and seek out Christian companions. Find those who have matured in the Lord and cultivate them to learn how to develop a Christ-like character. Renounce and destroy all rock, melancholy and sensual music. Especially shun music which brings remembrance of former sinful pastimes and friends. We are highly susceptible to music and its associations are powerful means of recall. Fill your life with music which promotes and deepens your growth and fellowship with the Lord.

PRAYER AGAINST THE WITCHES INCANTATIONS

In the Name of my Lord, Savior, and Deliverer, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, we come against and bind the Strongman, Prince, Prince-Ruling Spirit, and all Spirit Guides associated with (specific name or coven). We right now bind all psychic heredity that was enheritted through the blood line of these (this) witch(es) and ask you, Lord Jesus, to seal the third eye through which they see into the occult realm. We also ask, Father, that you would restrain them from astral projection and that their cursing come back upon their own heads as your Word declares. We also ask that you send your angels to make sure that their curses are returned to them, and that these returning curses are not blocked by their magic or sorcery. We come through the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Name of Jesus Christ as we bind, blind, gag, deafen, paralyze and silence you, demons, and forbid you from influencing or strengthening any witch, warlock, spiritualist, satanist, (or specific name) right now in the Name of Jesus Christ.

We bind the spirits of Hate, Bitterness, Murder, Wizardry, Sorcery, Witchcraft, Magic, Occult, Control, Lust for Power, Lust for Position, Rejection and Pride (etc.) in order to destroy the demonic work, power, influence, plans, or appointments of these demons in the Name of Jesus Christ. We place you on notice, demons, that you will not be able to use these (this) soul(s) any longer against any church, group, family, individual, or themselves, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We take authority over and come against the spirits of Blindness, Spiritual Blindness, Darkness, Occult Darkness, Wicked Heart of Unbelief, Pride, and Deception; binding the spirits of Bondage, Heaviness, Fear, and Hate in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We ask You, Heavenly Father, in the Name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, to send Warrior Angels to blind, gag, deafen, and paralyze these spirits, forbidding them from influencing or interfering with these souls so that they can have control over their own free wills and be able to make up their own minds should they choose to repent. We pray that they would be able to do this without any demonic or satanic interference.

Lord Jesus, we pray that you would release Warrior Angels to wage war against these demons and their activities. We also pray that you would send ministering angels of Salvation, Adoption as Children of God, Conviction, Repentance, Humility, Contrite, Brokenness, Knowledge, Revelation, Understanding, Grace, Mercy, Truth, Forgiveness, and any others necessary to minister to their souls.

Lord, open their eyes so that they can see the Glory of Jesus. Open their hearts so that they can hear Your voice. Break the yokes in their lives and give them liberty in their souls so that they may be free to repent. Show them every evil work and deed that they’re guilty of, and Lord Jesus, convict their hearts unto repentance. Bring these souls out of darkness, save these souls so that You may have the Glory.

Heavenly Father, we humbly ask all these things in Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen, Amen, and Amen!

HOW TO CAST OUT DEMONS

How to Cast out Demons

As with every prayer at Hegewisch Baptist Church, these are sample prayers. Please adapt them to your specific situation.

Beginning Deliverance…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name, we ask that You send Warrior Angels to do battle with us. Thank You for Jesus’ precious Blood, His resurrection, and our authority in His Name. We pray that Your Holy Spirit give us discernment and gifts to set ________ free. In Jesus’ Name we block any and all transference of evil spirits assigned to hinder or interfere with this deliverance session. In Jesus’ Name we cut off all evil power directed toward us from witches or other such persons, and bind each Strongman present, all demonic doorkeepers, gatekeepers and demonic reinforcements. May all communication between satanic & demonic forces be disrupted and confusion be loosed upon them (Psalm 118:6-7; Psalm 35:4)

As the Holy Spirit Leads…
In Jesus’ Name, we bind all demonic kingdoms of Passivity, Leviathan/Pride, Doubt, Unbelief, Confusion, Deception, Lying, Mind Control, Occult Mind Control (add any others as the Holy Spirit leads) according to Matthew 12:29.

In Jesus’ Name, we bind all demons hurting, tormenting and harassing ________. We ask You, Heavenly Father, to send angels to uncoil, untangle, dig out, break, cut, sever off and remove all demons and demonic roots, fetters, bands, ties, bonds, coils, tangles, serpents, cords, metals, wires, hairs and webs (Heb 1:14).

We bind every demon, from the Strongman on down to the lowest demon in rank, power & form within ________ to our authority in the third Heaven (Eph. 2:6). We are in Christ, Christ is seated at the right hand of God the Father which places us far above all principalities and powers, including you, demons. When you are called by name or by function, you are to manifest and leave _________. If you do not, we will loose more angels on to you, and use our authority in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, and every means at our disposal in His authority to forcibly remove you.

We ask You, Jesus, to send every demon cast out to where ever You want them to go and that You would strengthen the will of _________ so that they can never return. Holy Spirit, please fill any and all vacancies left by the ejected demons with the Spirits of God as found in Isaiah 11:2. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Begin casting out each evil spirit by calling it by its demonic name or function. (Command demons to manifest and leave in Jesus’ name.) Contrary to popular belief, demons do not have hearing impairments. The power that dislodges demons is only found in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ (Mark 16:17), not in the volume of our voices.

Ending Deliverance…
We take authority over every remaining demon from the Strongman on down to the lowest ranking demon, power & form and bind you all in Jesus’ Name. By binding, we mean that you are not to torment, hurt of harass ________. We loose sufficient numbers of Warrior Angels to put each of you in boxes, cages or caves 500,000 times too small and seal each box, cage, or cave with the Blood of our King, the Lord Jesus Christ (Joshua 10:17).

Angels, gag each remaining demon so that no communication can go on between them or any others. Angels, in Jesus’ Name, we assign you to read Scriptures to these demons on the Blood of Jesus, the Cross, their torment in the Lake of Fire to come, and any other passages that they hate to hear (Psalm 59:10; Heb 1:14). We pray, Lord Jesus, that your glorious light shine through each box, cage, or cave so the demons will have no rest. It is written, “There shall be no rest for the wicked!”

We loose ministering angels of Life, Health, Healing and Restoration into areas of ________’s body or soul where the ejected demons have done damage. We cover each of our families, properties & possessions with the Blood of Jesus Christ, and loose Warrior and Ministering Angels to protect us from any and all satanic & demonic backlash. In Jesus’ Precious and Almighty name we pray. Amen.

SELF DELIVERANCE

In my ministry, I discovered self-deliverance in a rather odd way. We had been delivering people for some time in the services, week after week and seeing great victories. One night as I was driving to the church on an errand I began to sing choruses, then I prayed a while. I felt impressed to pray in tongues. At first I paid little attention to the words which were coming; then it registered. I had heard many of the same words and phrases in tongues when I prayed with people for deliverance attacking the demons in them.

Startled, I wondered, could the Holy Spirit (who gives the words for the tongues) be speaking to evil spirits in my body? I did the same thing I counselled persons in deliverance to do. I stopped praying with my mouth and began to exhale slow deep breaths. About the third or fourth one, I choked violently and something besides air came up. I prayed again, paused and breathed out and, retching and heaving, spirits began to boil out of me. I coughed, gagged and spewed out demons all the way to church as the unsuspected squatters were dislodged by persistent prayer and my determination that they leave me.

After this happened, every morning as I showered, I began to make it a habit to pray and expel any spirits which had gained lodgment. This way I got a spiritual and physical bath simultaneously. I find it spiritually invigorating to shed the unwelcome visitors who are trying to set up housekeeping. I do not fear the demons, but detest them and want none to have a place to rest in me.

Every believer must learn to throw out demons from him-self as well as from others. If a curse is suspected to be the grounds for demonic activity, it must be broken in Jesus’ name (Phillipians 2:10). Any legal ground or legal hold must also be broken by claiming the cleansing power of the blood (I John 1:7). If unconfessed sin is the ground it must be dealt with (I John 1:9). A demon betrays his presence by driving, harassing, or tormenting and produces compulsive positive or negative behavior.

A demon is a spirit, which means wind or breath and most leave through the breathing passages. When an ambulance goes through town, all traffic is removed to expedite its passage. Therefore, when praying for yourself, you should cease just before expelling (breathing out) the demons in order that prayer or praise will not obstruct their leaving.

The Greek word for “cast out” (Mark 16:18) means to throw out violently, to vomit. Begin by breaking curses; destroy legal holds and legal grounds; bind spirits (if in doubt about names, call out the manifestations); then demand firmly in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that they leave you. It can also be helpful (but not essential) at this point to pray in tongues. You need not yell or shout – demons hear quite well and power is in the name and blood of Jesus, not in the volume of your voice. Next, take three to five deep breaths and expel forcefully. If you breathe deeply repeatedly you will hyperventilate and get dizzy, so take a pause occasionally.

Demons can come out by simple breathing, coughing, gagging, retching, choking, moans, groans, shrieks, etc. The manifestations or lack of them depend on many factors involving the individual and the demons and are difficult to predict. Spirits not deeply rooted will usually yield fairly easily. However, stronger, heavily entrenched spirits will require more time and effort to dislodge. The more stubborn and tenacious ones may require the help of other believers.

In spite of the fact that we are dealing with a defeated foe and all their legal grounds have been destroyed, strong demons are no pushovers. Even in retreat the enemy can and will put up a fierce and determined rear guard action. Because of the cleverness of spirits, many are fooled into thinking a strategic retreat is a wholesale surrender and rout and prematurely rejoice over a victory which is strictly partial.

Real persistence and the gift of discernment are very necessary here. It is exceedingly rare to see a demonic structure which took many years to build destroyed in a single session. However, the enemy can be mortally wounded and hurt in such an encounter. The order of the day is Attack! Attack! Attack! Give the enemy no time to regroup his forces. Keep him off balance by determinedly demanding the occupied territory; physical, emotional, spiritual or mental.

When demons leave, there will be a difference within the person, a noticeable cessation or slackening of pressures and/or torment in the areas of his activity. Remember that in the case of multiple spirits of the same kind, all must be removed before complete victory is assured. For every inch of ground regained from the enemy there will be definite improvement.

BINDING AND LOOSING SPIRITS

Demons can be imparted by the laying on of hands, therefore be careful who prays for you. While we are not to live in fear or apprehension, caution would lead us to pray to cover our body, mind and spirit with the blood of Jesus Christ for continuous protection.

We are in an all-out war with many pitfalls and hurtful attacks. The scripture admonishes us to walk soberly and vigilantly because our savage adversary, Satan, is always ready to attack the careless. To become presumptuous and underestimate the power and cunning of the enemy can be fatal.

In these dark days of the unleashed supernatural powers of the forces of darkness, none but supernaturally empowered believers will be able to stand. Rigid, legalistic dogmas, quoting proof texts or loud emotional outbursts of attack or praise will be equally ineffective to stop the fury of the end-time darkness.

Only believers, armed with the Word and practice in using supernatural power in their everyday lives will be able to cope with the tides of wickedness sweeping the world. That we have superior weaponry, equipment and power is beyond question. Unfortunately, most believers are woefully ignorant and living far, far beneath their birthright.

As we crash headlong into the beginnings of the terrible darkness of the end-times, religious cliches and formulas will be splintered beyond repair. In any confrontation with the raw supernatural power of the Evil One, only power from the third heaven will avail. Easy believeism must be replaced by virile, living faith (James 2:18). In days ahead the ability to lay hold on the power of the God may easily determine the difference between life and death.

Those unaware of or denying the power of the demonic realm shall be helpless in the face of the coming all-out assault from the spirit world. Truly how slow of heart we are to believe all that the prophets have spoken!

It is vital for us to learn to exercise authority to bind evil spirits, and also to loose the spirits of God (Matthew 18:18, I John 4:4, Hebrews 1:7, 14).

It is not complicated. A simple prayer will do: “I take authority over the spirits of {name them} in {name of person}, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and command them to be bound. By binding I mean you are not to manifest in any way until you come out in deliverance.”

To loose spirits (angels) of God: “Father, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ to send spirits of {name the ones desired} to hinder and stop the work of the enemy in {name of person}.

Our heritage as born again Christians is to tread on serpents and scorpions (Luke 10:19). We are to exercise the authority of our Lord when He said that all power was given Him in heaven and earth. 7

Another interesting variation of binding and loosing which has proved effective is to bind evil and negative thoughts in yourself and other people. Specific edifying and positive spirits can be released at the same time (Matthew 18:18). One young man employing this method reported that his attitude toward parents, school and work had undergone a radical change for the better after employing these techniques.

When you attempt to bind and box demons in order to stop deliverance proceedings they will, resist. However, determined commands to “be bound in Jesus’ Name” will eventually prevail. Ask the Father to send angels with boxes (Joshua 10:17-26; Job 14:17) to put them in. Order them to be chained and gagged and ask that an angel be stationed inside the box to read Scriptures to the spirit night and day in order that he have no rest. We call this process “marinating” and after a few days or weeks of this confinement, many stubborn demons will agree to leave.

In battling evil spirits, keep up a barrage so they can get no rest. You can loose angels to spin their minds round and round so the spirits cannot think and become confused. Another way to discomfit the enemy is to ask the angel of the Lord to chase and harass them. I often ask that the angels bruise, crush and flatten the heads of the serpentine spirits and snip off the tails (stings) of the scorpion spirits.

Another useful tactic after demons manifest is to order the princes and rulers to be bound with chains and thrown down before the other spirits (Psalm 149). Ask that on their foreheads be written in red letters “Jesus Christ is my Lord”. Next, tell all the little spirits inside (who are already programmed to destroy) that there are traitors in the camp and they must attack them and throw them out. They are, of course, chained and have the signs on their heads. Sometimes it takes a lot of prodding, but often the bigger demons are savagely attacked and thrown out while they are bound and helpless. This is because the believer takes authority.

At times it is useful to release on the foe the spirit which came on the Midianites in Gideon’s day. It causes them to attack and dispatch each other. This in effect causes civil war inside.

Psychological warfare is in order. Spirits are not equally susceptible, so the approach must be suited to whatever will cause the demon to slip and be defeated. With many, an appeal to their enormous vanity is effective: “My, you must be very strong/wise/powerful. I guess you are very intelligent. Have you done your job well? Let’s have a friendly little chat.”

Some are too wise to fall into the flattery net, therefore shift to irritation and aggravation. Find a weak spot to provoke and harass him to anger. Angry and wrathful spirits lose control and often blurt out helpful clues to dislodge them. Workers must be relaxed and alert for the Holy Spirit’s leadership as to what to do and confirmation of bits of information extracted from the demons.

Frequently cross-check a spirit’s remarks by asking, “Will that answer (statement) stand in the judgement?” Sometimes the demon will query, “What judgement are you talking about?” Tell him you mean the fiery one he faces. Force him to answer questions yes or no. If he hedges and says he does not know or maybe so, you know he is lying. This will really annoy the spirits.

Skillful, harassing interrogation of “prisoners of war” has yielded a great deal of useful information for use in destroying the works of the devil. The higher the rank, the more he knows of enemy plans and warfare. Do not make the mistake of being drawn into a “fortune telling” session; stick to warfare.

It is effective to remain relaxed and nonchalant when parrying with the enemy. Maintain an air of bored detachment and skepticism, even when the spirits give you startling information. Express doubt and unbelief, even when you are sure they are telling the truth. If you react strongly to a bit of information they may realize the mistake and clam up.

Often the demon will become incensed that you do not accept his true statements and angrily will blurt out other useful information to convince skeptical humans. Demons are very proud of their cunning, intelligence and superiority over human beings, who they regard with extreme disdain. Take advantage of this and play dumb in order to lure them to betray more insights which can be used against the spirits.

There is an occupational hazard of which deliverance workers ought to be aware. For two or three years after actively becoming involved in the deliverance ministry, there will be mental attacks about every three or four months. Without warning, the worker will suddenly find his mind spinning, full of doubts and unbelief about the entire matter of casting out evil spirits.

In spite of recurring deliverance for himself and successfully ministering to others, the worker will be shaken and wonder if the whole concept is just a gigantic hoax. Repeatedly the idea will be driven home that the worker is deceived and should abandon this unpopular course without delay. After all, none of the “great” ministries, large denominations or nationally known leaders approve, endorse or practice deliverance.

Almost 100% oppose and attack it. How could so many spiritual leaders be wrong? These questions pepper the beleaguered believer in an all-out attempt to turn him away from the ministry. Hang on, for in a matter of hours or days the air will clear and you will wonder how you were ever able to doubt the validity of this most scriptural of ministries.

Workers need to become skillful in the harassment of demons who stubbornly refuse to leave people when challenged. Many times when they resist giving their names, I bait them by saying that perhaps they are ashamed of it or are so small they only have a number instead of a name. Spirits fiercely resent this belittling and needling. They often strike back by dropping valid pieces of information in an attempt to impress the worker. By nagging the demon about what he does to the person, clues are often given to his name.

To punish reluctant demons I ask the Father, in Jesus’ name, to send warrior angels with swords to chain the rulers and throw the fire of God on them. Sometimes I threaten a struggling demon by telling him I will have him carved up in pieces or chopped into confetti and scattered over the dry places where it will take a hundred years to put all the pieces together.

Reading Job 30:3-8 aloud repeatedly is tormenting to the enemy. Force a manifesting demon to look at you (although they can see without eyes and hear without ears). They hate this and it is debilitating to them. Chide them for being a coward and a “little one”. Tell them that Satan must be scraping the bottom of the barrel if this is the best he has.

When working on a spirit, watch for telltale signs of manifestations. Some are watering eyes and very slight movements of the head as you repeat, “You are defeated by Jesus, aren’t you?” or “You’re going to have to leave now in the Name of Jesus.”

SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYERS

Heavenly Father, I bow in worship and praise before You. I cover myself with the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ as my protection. I surrender myself completely and unreservedly in every area of my life to you. I stand against all the works of Satan which would hinder me in my prayer life and daily walk with you.

I desire to only follow the One, True and Living God and I refuse any involvement with Satan in Jesus name. Satan, I command you and all your demons to depart from me and I cancel all of your plans, wiles and demonic arrows in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I bring my faith and the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ between us. I resist every effort of Satan and his wicked spirits to confuse or block me from the will of God. I choose to be transformed by the renewing of my mind. I pull down all of Satan’s strongholds that he has placed against me today in Jesus name.

RENUNCIATION OF THE OCCULT

Thank you Lord Jesus for dying for my sins, for your glorious resurrection; and for making me a new creature in Christ by faith in You.

Dear Lord I confess that, in the past, through ignorance, stupidity or wilfulness, I have sought supernatural experiences apart from You. I have disobeyed Your Word (Deut 17:25, 18:10-12) and ask You to help me as I renounce all these things. Lord, cleanse me in my body, mind, soul and spirit. Satan, I am closing any door which I may have opened to you and your demons through contacts with the occult.

I renounce all contact with witchcraft, magic, Ouija boards and other occult games;

I renounce all kinds of fortune telling, palm reading, tea leaf readings, crystal balls, Tarot and other card playing; all astrology, birth signs and horoscopes;

I renounce the heresy of reincarnation and all healing groups involved in metaphysics and spiritualism.

I renounce all rock music, including acid, hard and Jesus rock;

I renounce all yoga, transcendental meditation, Zen and all eastern cults and religious idol worship;

I renounce all forms of the martial arts, including Judo, Kung Fu and Karate;

I renounce all water witching or dowsing, levitation, table tipping, body-lifting, psychometry (divination through objects), automatic handwriting and handwriting analysis;

I renounce all literature I have ever read and studied in all of these fields and vow I will destroy such books in my possession (Deut 7:26; Acts 19:19);

I renounce astral projection, soul and out-of-body travel and other demonic skills.

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I renounce all psychic heredity that I may have and break any demonic hold on my family line back to seven generations on both sides of the family.

I do now renounce and forsake every psychic and occult contact that I know about and those which I do not know about;

I renounce every cult that denies the all sufficiency of the blood of Jesus Christ (many word faith teachers deny the sufficiency of the blood of Jesus when they openly teach that Jesus died spiritually- JDS) and every philosophy which denies the deity of the Lord Jesus (John 7:38-39).

Lord, I confess seeking from Satan the help that should have only come from you. I confess as sin {name all occult contacts and occult sins committed} and also those occult sins I cannot remember.

Lord, I now repent and renounce all these sins and ask You to forgive me (I John 1:9). I renounce Satan and all his works. I hate all of his demons; I count them my enemies. In the name of Jesus Christ I now close the door on all occult practices and command all such spirits to leave me in the name of Jesus Christ.

RENUNCIATION OF SEXUAL SINS

Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Son of God who takes away the sin of all those who repent and confess Him as Lord. The blood of Christ cleanses me from all sin. I claim freedom from all filth of a sexual nature which came through my eyes, my ears, my mind or through actual participation in sin.

In particular I confess the following: all preoccupation with sensual desires and appetites, and indulgences of them; all longing and ardent desire for what is forbidden (evil concupiscence); all inordinate affection, all unnatural and unrestrained passions and lusts; all promoting or partaking of that which tends to produce lewd emotions and foster sexual sin and lust. And all spirits of Defiling the Marriage Bed (Heb 13:4)

I further confess all filthy communications, obscene and filthy language, conversation and jokes, lewd and obscene music, poetry, literature and art; all pornography, all acts of sodomy, adultery, immorality, fornication, oral sex, masturbation, effeminacy and homosexuality.

I also confess all affection for and attachment to philosophies, religions, and lifestyles which glorify, promote and condone sexual conduct in thought, word and deed, which is contrary to the standard set for believers in the Bible.

I further renounce the expression of these philosophies, religions and lifestyles in art, literature, mass media and public practices and attitudes. Lord I ask that Your Spirit reveal other sexual offenses in my life that I have committed.

Father, I confess and renounce all occult involvement, both known and unknown by me or my ancestors. I hate Satan, his demons and all his works, I count all that offends you, Father, as my enemy (Ps 139:21-24).

Your Word declares, “In My name shall they cast out devils….” (Mark 16:17) and “I give you power….over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you,” (Luke 10:19). Jesus came “….that He might destroy the works of the devil,” and “to turn themmen} from the power of Satan unto God….” (I John 3:8, Acts 26:18).

I accept these promises and in Jesus’ name, command Satan and all of his hosts of evil spirits to come out of me – body, mind and soul. Especially, I renounce the following spirits of sexual sin {give the names of specific sexual sins you have committed}.

I also renounce the Prince of Occult Sex and command all of his demons to leave me now in the name of Jesus Christ my Saviour.

Christ was made a curse on the cross for me (Gal 3:13) and blotted out the handwriting of ordinances against me (Col 2:14). I declare all curses over my life, whether through my own sins or those of my ancestors, to be broken; particularly in the area of sexual sin and occult involvement. I claim freedom from all curses which have been placed upon me in the name of Jesus Christ.

I hereby reclaim all ground that I have ever given to Satan in body, mind, soul, or spirit. I dedicate it to you, Dear Lord, to be used for Your glory alone. I want you to control and empower every area of my life, including the blessing of the gift of sex, so that from now on they might be used according to Your will. I also now give to You my affections, emotions and desires and request that they might be motivated and controlled by Your Holy Spirit (Rom 12:1,2). Amen.

RENUNCIATION OF ROMAN CATHOLIC CURSES

I do now break all curses and judgements put on me or my ancestors from prayers or the rite of excommunication from the Roman Catholic Church, back to ten generations on both sides of my family.

I break all curses put upon me or my family because of my turning to Christ and coming out of the Babylonian system. I renounce and break any and all legal rights that the Roman Catholic church has on me because of the sacrament of baptism, infant or adult. I claim Galatians 3:13 and Colossians 2:14.

Any curses put on me by the Roman Catholic church for denying all idolatrous and witchcraft practices I do now break and send back to the senders and pray for their salvation in Jesus name. (Ps 109).

I do now break any oath or promise I made while a member of the Roman Catholic church which would allow any demonic attacks from Satan on me or my family.

I break any curses put on me or my family because of receiving any of the sacraments: Penance, Holy Eucharist, Confirmation, Extreme Unction, Matrimony, or Holy Orders. I break all ungodly soul ties with any Roman Catholics whether they be family members, friends or clergy.

I do now specifically break any curse of Death, Destruction, Illness, Infirmity, Blindness, Crippling, Heart Disease, Cancer, Leprosy, Blood Disease, Deformity, Insanity, Madness, Murder, Hate, Rage, Religious Pride, Legalism, Double mindedness, Spirit of Pharisees, Moloch, Poverty, Contention. I break any curses put on me or my family which were pronounced by the Council of Trent against all heretics and schismatics.

I break all curses on my body, mind and emotions; especially all spirits of Fear: Fear of Death, Fear of Roman Catholic clergy, Priests, Nuns, Loss of Salvation, etc.

I also break any curse of “good works”. I confess the sins of my fathers (1 John 1:9) which may have brought the curse of the Vagabond (returning evil for good) on my family line.

I break all religious curses on me and my family and any curses of murder connected with the killing of heretics (Christians.) I break all curses of witchcraft coming from the Roman Catholic church and send them back to the sender.

PSYCHIC HEREDITY AND BONDAGE

In the name of Jesus, I now renounce, break, free and loose myself and my family from all psychic heredity, demonic holds, psychic powers and bondage of physical and mental illnesses in Jesus name. I break any family or marital curses upon us, back to ten generations on both sides of our families that may be occurring as the results from sins, transgressions, iniquities, occult and psychic involvements of myself, my parents and any other ancestors of mine or my spouse, any and all ex-spouses, or their parents, or any of their ancestors.
